All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Rates are variable depending on the length of stay and time of year. We operate a 2-night minimum stay policy. We are unable to accommodate pets and smoking is prohibited. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 10. A non-refundable deposit of 25% or payment in full for booking within 6 weeks of the holiday date is payable at the time of booking. Confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of the deposit. The balance of the holiday is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The Georgian Apartment is available to let for a maximum of 20 weeks in any calendar year.
